The Wi-Fi was unstable, and it was frustrating to have to repeatedly go to the lobby for a connection. Additionally, while the breakfast selection was decent, the crowded dining area made it uncomfortable. I appreciated the comfortable bed for a good night's sleep, but overall, the quality of service left much to be desired, particularly at the front desk. 😕
